About Us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our Credentialing and Enrollment Operations team. This role is key to enabling seamless collaboration between our internal teams and external payor partners. You’ll be the connection between Credentialing Operations and our Payor Partnerships team - translating complex requirements into operational strategies and actioning on payor needs. You should be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and a strong relationship builder. You’ll need to understand the nuances of Medicaid and thrive in ambiguous environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the point of contact on CredOps for new payor launches, including complex commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid contracts
  • Translate payor requirements into operational requirements and workflows, including developing and implementing creative solutions
  • Review delegated credentialing agreements to identify operational risks, gaps, or requirements and work with legal on where we can find a compromise when needed
  • Act as a trusted liaison between Payor Partnerships and CredOps, ensuring both sides are aligned on process, priorities, and timelines
  • Support additional operational workstreams in credentialing and enrollment, including building rosters, workflows, and processes as necessary

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in program or project management with a focus on payor operations
  • Strong working knowledge of payor requirements (across multiple states preferred)
  • Experience with both delegated and non-delegated payor workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You know how to get buy-in and set realistic expectations / deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and operational judgment; you see the issue, the downstream impacts, and the solution

If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
