Drive the delivery of excellence! Apply your expertise to lead and influence a high-performing team as Operations Manager of Uline's rapidly growing Washington branch.

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of Uline’s Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.

  • Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.

  • Ensure the 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.

  • Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.

  • Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 5+ years experience in operations or general management.

  • Warehouse, call center and / or sales experience a plus.

  • Experience supervising personnel.

  • Limited overnight travel.
