Job Description
Become part of the leadership team at BAE Systems' Dallas Eclipse facility! We are looking for an Operations Program Manager III to join our team. This person will serve as the liaison between program management, the factory management team and the supply chain team. As an Operations Program Manager, you will perform cost account management activities for the commercial product business, oversee factory execution, and ensure material procurement is supporting the factory needs. Additionally, you will prepare project execution plans, identify technical and business resources needed. Evaluate and report on cost, delivery schedule, and quality.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

  • Cost Account Management experience
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience working with supply chain
  • Factory / Manufacturing experience
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Customer interface experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
