  • This position starts at: $57,400.  Final compensation will be determined based on experience.

The Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various teams within the Operations Readiness department. This position will provide comprehensive support to the various subdepartments of the Operations Readiness department. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled individual who excels in critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. The person should be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and can work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Essential Job Functions

  • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. 
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain detailed records and documentation.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. 
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication. 
  • Essential role in onboarding of new clients in coordination with the SOM team.
  • Lead small to mid-sized process improvement projects, completing tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion. 
  • Support the organization’s Operational and Client Delivery leaders through the successful implementation of all best practice recommendations for existing and new clients. 
  • Quality Assurance: Review documentation, data analysis, and project deliverables for accuracy and compliance with established standards. 
  • Process Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of business processes, flowcharts, and narratives; assist in updating and maintaining records. 
  • Data Analysis: Support root cause analysis investigations and corrective action planning; assist in tracking KPIs and reporting results to management. 
  • Communication: Facilitating clear communication of project updates. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvement and recommend solutions to enhance team performance and efficiency. 
  • Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling, preparing materials, and organizing meetings for the Operations Readiness Team. 
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor+, Business.

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 2-4 years in business, process improvement or related operational support roles.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role within revenue cycle operations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and process documentation.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education Level:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience

Required Certifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Yellow Belt
  • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
