80% remote, 20% on site at Commencement Plaza, Tacoma WA

Position Summary

The Operations Specialist is responsible for operational leadership and successful delivery of systemwide initiatives having significant complexity with executive-level sponsors and stakeholders. This position provides oversight to operations within the assigned department and supports the development and implementation of initiatives that promote company culture and strategic vision. The successful candidate ensures use of standardized project management methodologies, processes and tools. The Operations Specialist delivers within approved budget, schedule and meets quality standards.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred, or ability to get within one (1) year of hire
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in quality improvement and cost reduction projects preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $82,888.00 - $119,288.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
