Position Summary

The Oracle Fusion Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the organization’s critical platforms, ensuring their optimal performance, availability, and security. This role involves managing user access, monitoring platform health, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing updates. The Platform Administrator works closely with IT and Development teams to support business processes, ensure data integrity, and drive platform improvements.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and supporting infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of enterprise systems across ERP and SCM, while also supporting integrations, cloud infrastructure, and security frameworks.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), identity and access management, networking, and enterprise application administration, along with the ability to operate in a hybrid cloud environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across all environments.
  • Perform system configuration, cloning, migrations, and environment refreshes.
  • Manage quarterly releases, patches, and upgrades.
  • Ensure production stability during go-live activities and deployments.
  • Manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources including compute, storage, and networking.
  • Design and maintain VCNs, subnets, route tables, and gateways.
  • Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Administer OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
  • Enforce RBAC and segregation of duties.
  • Manage security tools like Oracle Cloud Guard and Security Zones.
  • Perform compliance checks and vulnerability management.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Automate processes using Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Maintain change management and system documentation.
  • Analyze quarterly release notes and assess business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior members.

Working knowledge of:

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Oracle Autonomous Databases (ATP)
  • BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and incident management processes
  • Understanding of Agile delivery and DevOps practices
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities and abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application or Oracle Fusion cloud platform administration
  • Experience managing multiple environments (DEV, TEST, PROD)
  • Preferred:
  • Oracle certifications (OCI Architect, Cloud Operations, Fusion Applications)
  • Experience with Oracle EBS or other Oracle enterprise products
  • Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and security.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as an integral member of an agile team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

The annual base pay for this position is: $137,600.00 - $206,400.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
