Purpose of Your Work:

As an OTM Solutions Director working within Innovate (one of our entities), you will be responsible for quickly adapting to situations and learning on the fly to support customer projects.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

• Leadership role on projects:
  • Manage customer executive-level contacts
  • Assist in solution design, complex configuration, and resolving Issue
  • Escalation and resolution for project issues (design, config, testing, timeline, etc.)
• Manage up to 5 direct reports
• Manage up to 3-5 projects at one time
• Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight
• Work with the customer executives to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget according to all business requirements identified for the project
• Perform solutions design, including directing other team members and identification of mitigation strategies for project-related issues
• Perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, to meet the customer’s needs
• Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level

You’ve Got This?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems
• 7-10 years of Supply Chain experience
• 5-10 years of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) experience
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to travel 50%

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Compensation Range:

Salary Range:

$145,000 - $160,000

This position is eligible to earn an annual incentive based on individual and company performance.

The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
