About this role

We’re looking for an Organic Growth Strategist who’s ready to drive measurable business results, experiment with novel approaches, and guide B2B brands toward revenue-generating SEO and organic growth strategies.

This isn’t just about rankings and traffic. You’ll focus on outcomes that matter — pipeline, conversions, and revenue — while helping us innovate how we deliver those results.

You’ll lead key client accounts, foster relationships with marketing execs, and work cross-functionally with our team to deliver foundational and cutting-edge growth initiatives.
While the position is remote, candidates must be based within the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.

What you’ll do
  • Create impactful strategies. Own the roadmap for your portfolio of accounts. Build SEO strategies that focus on driving revenue and business outcomes.

  • Be the strategic quarterback. Lead client engagements by setting the vision, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring everything we deliver — from dashboards to CRO experiments — align with your strategy.

  • Foster stakeholder relationships. Build strong, long-term relationships with ambitious B2B brands. Help them see not just the “what” of our work but the “why” and how it impacts their bottom line.

  • Focus on analytics and attribution. Lean into reporting, data, and attribution to showcase the business impact of your work. Build dashboards, analyze results, and adjust strategies to get smarter and drive better outcomes.

  • Innovate and experiment. Stay on the cutting edge of what’s next in search and customer journeys. Contribute to internal R&D, explore smarter ways to deliver client value, and test new service offerings.

  • Ship high-quality work. Ensure client deliverables — from foundational SEO audits to creative new tools and campaigns — meet the highest standards and deliver measurable results.

Time breakdown

Here’s how your time might shake out:

  • 40%: Deep dives into research, SEO audits, competitive analysis, and crafting strategies

  • 30%: Client-facing work — meetings, emails, and showing stakeholders why you’re the best thing that’s happened to their business

  • 15%: Leveling up your skills and experimenting with smarter ways to deliver excellent work

  • 15%: Team meetings and internal collaboration

Who you are
  • You’re not just about traffic — you’re focused on driving revenue and business outcomes, and you’re excited to experiment with smarter, more impactful ways to achieve those goals.

  • You thrive on data. Attribution, reporting, and dashboards are your tools for showcasing impact and making strategic decisions.

  • You love working with ambitious clients, building trust, and helping them see the value of long-term, high-impact strategies.

  • From technical SEO to content strategies and CRO experiments, you have a deep knowledge of organic growth and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • You’re comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team that thrives on experimentation, building, and shipping.

  • You believe in shipping high-quality work — whether it’s client-facing deliverables, internal tools, or new service offerings.

  • You can present to executives (CEOs, CMOs, and VPs) and dive into the details with other SEO and growth professionals and analysts. You can operate at 30,000 feet and 500 feet.

How you benefit
  • You’ll learn how to architect, execute, and communicate growth strategies at an executive level.

  • You’ll build programs that leverage SEO, content marketing, conversion optimization, and demand generation to generate business results for multiple fast-growing and often well-known tech companies.

  • You’ll hone your executive presence and communication skills and feel comfortable and confident presenting to and pitching C-suite executives.

  • You can work from anywhere — we’re a 100% remote company.

  • You’ll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow the business.

  • You’ll have the option to travel with us to annual team retreats and workshops.

  • We offer competitive benefits:

    • Competitive pay

    • Opportunity for quarterly profit share after one year of employment

    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for US-based

    • 401k with employer match

    • Unlimited PTO

    • Learning and development budget

    • Monthly networking stipend

    • An environment to grow your skills, confidence, and career

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
