Job Description

As the Organizational Readiness Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional alignment, readiness, and successful implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization. This includes preparing teams, processes, and systems to adapt effectively to the demands of new product launches, portfolio changes, and organizational growth. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the tools, resources, and training needed to embrace change and deliver on our ambitious objectives. 

This position demands a proactive leader with exceptional communication, strategic planning, and program management skills. Your ability to collaborate across teams and drive organizational readiness initiatives will be critical to achieving operational excellence in a rapidly evolving environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Program Development and Execution: Design, implement, and oversee organizational readiness programs that support product launches, portfolio updates, and strategic initiatives. 

  • Lean Process Implementation: Apply Lean methodology principles to identify waste, streamline workflows, and continuously improve product launch and operational processes. Lead kaizen events and value stream mapping exercises to optimize cross-functional collaboration. 

  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and minimize disruption during organizational transitions. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and readiness across all functions. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with leaders across the company, providing regular updates on program milestones, risks, and opportunities. 

  • Training and Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive training plans to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to support new initiatives. 

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with organizational changes, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively 

  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track program performance, measure organizational readiness, and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement. 

  • Process Optimization: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability in readiness initiatives 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a software or technology company with a diverse product portfolio. 

  • Change Management Expertise: Proven track record in managing organizational change and driving adoption of new initiatives, with exposure to Lean methodology and continuous improvement practices 

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams 

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities, and develop forward-looking solutions. 

  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working across diverse teams and fostering alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and systems used in program management (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets) and business enablement platforms. 

  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a rapidly changing environment. 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
