Get to know the role
- Job Title: Organized Play Trust & Safety Associate
- Job Summary: Work to support the Organized Play and Events teams to investigate and document reports, and follow through on action items to ensure an inclusive environment and uphold rules compliance. Handle communications with individuals who are reporting non-compliance in the Play! Pokémon program. Contribute to some projects within the scope of compliance for Play! Pokémon.

What you’ll do
- Handle compliance requests across Play! Pokemon Retail, Professor, Premier Events, CS, and partner teams
- Collate, summarize, and ensure action on post event evaluations and reports
- Partner with Business Systems to evaluate and enhance Compliance tools and processes
- Conduct thorough investigations with accurate documentation and appropriate actions referencing current policies
- Review and assess disciplinary appeals for fairness and policy alignment
- Collaborate with PR, Legal, and stakeholders on highly sensitive incidents
- Create presentations, reports, and training materials on Trust and Safety practices; facilitate meetings on content as needed
- Contribute to Compliance related projects for the Play! Pokemon program
- Manage localization requests for FIGS mailings
- Handle PII securely, adhering to privacy laws and regulations
- Travel may be required for in-person events to manage live escalations as a
- Trust and Safety representative and to connect with regional markets and partners
- Highlight outdated policy and guidelines to ensure alignment across all Trust and Safety pillars
- Assist with documentation for internal workflows, be comfortable providing recommendations for improvements
What you’ll bring
- Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Demonstrated experience with helpdesk support to end users
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expected domestic and international travel may be 15-20% of this job.
- Experience with current Play! Pokémon programs a plus.
- Customer or Client Service experience is a plus.
- Acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment and the initiative to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to prioritize, handle multiple projects at one time, and have excellent follow up skills.
- Must be solution-oriented and results driven.
- Eager learner who is not afraid to ask questions
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $78,000 - $88,000 per year. The full range is $78,000 - 107,000 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
