ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of closing experience, has a hunter and team-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of sourcing and converting leads into revenue while consistently exceeding sales quotas. This full cycle Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing prospect relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through farming lead gen efforts.  This includes engaging free or low paying accounts through email outreach, or social selling.
    Note: While we don't do "cold calling", you shouldn't be afraid to pick up the phone and call someone if/when it makes sense to do so.

  • Using various sales methodologies, conduct thorough research to understand clients' needs, challenges, and pain points, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting prospect relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solution.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, close deals, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.

  • Hit and exceed monthly sales quotas. 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management to optimize lead generation strategies, enhance product offerings, and ensure new customer satisfaction.

 WHO WE THINK WILL THRIVE AKA REQUIREMENTS 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years in an outbound closing role, preferably at a SaaS company (bonus if you have worked at a Product Lead Growth company).

  • Proven track record in targeting, sourcing, and converting leads into revenue + proven success in hitting and exceeding sales quotas. 

  • Must be located in the US or CAN.

ABOUT OUR HIRING PROCESS
  • You’ll meet most of the sales team. We think it’s important that you get to meet who you’ll be working with.

  • We’re going to ask you to do a live demonstration of a software product of your choosing to showcase your presentation skills. We want to see how you tell a story, articulate value, and manage a call. 

  • Honest transparency - We want you to ask all the questions you have about the job, the company, day to day tasks, outcomes, expectations, etc.  When it comes to a new role, no one likes surprises, so we'll make sure you're excited about what it takes to be successful here.

  • Quick turnaround time. We know you have lots of options so we move fast usually in 2-3 weeks from start to finish.
