We’re on the hunt for passionate and driven Outbound Phone Sales Representatives to join our growing team at Mood. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our Customer Success Contact Center department, driving revenue growth by generating and contacting leads. As the first and ongoing touchpoint in the sales process, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey.

Mood’s Outbound Phone Sales team is in hyper-growth mode. Over the last few months, we’ve optimized our processes on a smaller scale, and now it’s time to scale up—big time. We’re not just any company, and we’re not looking for just any candidate. If you love the art of selling, delighting customers, and have a natural affinity for technology, keep reading. This might just be the role for you!  Please note this role has the potential to be working on Saturdays.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identifying and connecting with new and existing customers and prospects via phone, email, chat, and other channels to introduce and sell our products and services (like our amazing subscriptions!).
  • Customer Engagement: Building relationships with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, and more) to understand their needs and showcase how Mood products can help.
  • Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with your ‘book of customers’ to manage the relationship and keep them engaged and loyal to Mood.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with the Customer Success Contact Center Leadership team to develop and refine strategies for growing our sales pipeline based on customer insights.
  • Achieving Goals: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and the various key performance metrics that are measured in a contact center, sales, and outbound position

  • Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales and/or call center environment, preferably in a target-driven role.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding customer service, verbal and written communication abilities, with strong listening skills.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfort with technology and a knack for helping non-tech-savvy customers.
  • Adaptability: An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to pivot and problem-solve to meet business goals.
  • Proactive Attitude: A bias toward action and the drive to consistently go above and beyond.
