About Reunion Marketing

Reunion Marketing is a dynamic and forward-thinking agency specializing in digital marketing for the automotive  industry. We drive success through data-driven strategies and innovative campaign management.

Are you energized by fast-paced work, passionate about digital growth, and thrive when influencing outcomes? At Reunion Marketing, we’re looking for a results-driven, persuasive strategist and communicator to lead the charge on client ad performance through dynamic paid search and social strategies.

About the Role

As a Paid Advertising Strategist, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, help shape our agency strategy, and build strong client relationships along the way. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on winning, loves to communicate, and seeks to make a direct, measurable impact.

You’ll have the autonomy to create, test, and refine bold new strategies—while staying aligned to our core approach—and will serve as the face of performance for your accounts. This is more than optimization—it’s about telling the story, influencing direction, and growing client success.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and more.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert who can join client-facing calls as needed — educating, reporting, and influencing outcomes.
  • Craft strategic goals and translate them into impactful campaigns and creative experiments.
  • Identify opportunities to drive better results and proactively pitch new ideas.
  • Translate data into compelling performance stories that help clients see your value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure unified strategies.
  • Keep a close eye on budgets, pacing, and performance—but stay focused on the big wins.
Who You Are

You’re naturally persuasive, energetic, and goal-oriented. You bring others along through clear communication, quick thinking, and infectious enthusiasm. You thrive on autonomy and embrace the challenge of turning insight into action.

You’ll Excel Here If You Are:
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing under pressure
  • Naturally outgoing and confident in your communication style
  • Motivated by performance, outcomes, and helping clients win
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to pitch fresh, innovative ideas
  • Flexible and excited by constant change and iteration
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years in digital marketing or paid media campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Bing, etc.)
  • Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with Fluency or other ad automation platforms a bonus
  • Automotive experience is helpful but not required
Why Join Reunion Marketing?
  • Innovative Environment: Work with a team that values creativity and data-driven strategy in the digital marketing space.
  • Career Growth: Opportunity to enhance your skills and advance your career in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Client Impact: Play a pivotal role in driving success for leading home services brands through effective digital campaigns.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
