The Role:

The Paid Media Director is the “right hand” person to the Group Director of our Digital Marketing team. Covering campaign performance reviews and audits, managing large scale budgets across multiple channels and mentoring the team, this person is a hands-on leader both internally and with our clients. This person will have direct management of a team. This person must have growing interest and competency in optimizing processes and work output, and strong passion for motivating people to deliver strong performance.


Key Areas of Responsibility

·       Develop and oversee comprehensive paid media strategies across channels such as search, social, programmatic, and display.

·       Responsible for work quality and consistency of the team working on select Brado paid media accounts

·       Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms; provide actionable insights.

·       Strategic consulting: Identifying and proposing campaign opportunities, based on business, market, and industry insight, to executive-level points of contact.

·       Completing audience research and segmentation planning, selecting of channel mix, and outlining messaging strategy.

·       Sets business-level and campaign-level goals for campaign launches and outlines our approach to measuring success

·       Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to stakeholders or clients.

·       Optimizes Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead generation for assigned clients differentiating between Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)

·       Develops integrated digital marketing strategies in collaboration with other departments and client teams 

·       Responsible for budget allocation and management of typically two hundred and fifty to five hundred thousand dollars each month and ensuring client’s KPI’s are being met

·       Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns.

·       Build relationships with external vendors and platforms to negotiate media buys and explore new opportunities.

Requirements

·       10+ years of digital campaign creation and optimization

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience

·       Proficient in leveraging Excel, Google Analytics and/or GA4

·       Expertise in Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn required

·       Healthcare or Higher Education experience preferred

·       Excellent editing skills and attention to detail.
