We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Media Specialist (Meta) to oversee, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Meta’s ad products, audience targeting, and analytics tools, with the ability to translate marketing goals into effective campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage Meta ad campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct audience research and create detailed targeting strategies to reach the right users.
  • Craft compelling ad creatives, including visuals and copy, in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with Meta’s latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Generate regular performance reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies for ad placement, messaging, and design.


Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with other paid media platforms is a plus (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Certification in Meta Advertising (e.g., Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
