💸 Competitive Salary in USD  |  🌍 100% Remote  |  🎯 Paid Search & Social Role  |  🏆 Award-Winning Agency Culture

Veta Virtual is hiring a Paid Search & Social Specialist for one of our high-growth clients in the Digital Marketing industry — an award-winning, fully remote agency specializing in the automotive vertical, recognized as Best Large SEO Agency and winner of Best Low Budget PPC Campaign at the 2024 US Search Awards. This is a learning-forward, results-driven role built for someone who is naturally curious, resourceful, and genuinely energized by the challenge of running paid campaigns that outperform the competition. If you thrive on testing ideas, pushing boundaries, and turning data into better decisions — this role was made for you.

🔑 Your Role:

As a Paid Search & Social Specialist, you will be trained and mentored by top specialists while taking real ownership of paid search and social campaigns for automotive dealership clients across the U.S. Paid media here is not about hitting checklists — it is a competitive sport where you test, learn, and push what is possible every day. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Managing and optimizing paid search and social media advertising campaigns — delivering higher ROI and lower cost per conversion for automotive dealership clients across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Evaluating website traffic and paid accounts daily — identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing campaign and account audits with precision and speed.
  • Managing budget pacing across campaigns — allocating spend consistently throughout the month to maximize performance without exceeding monthly budgets.
  • Generating performance reports from Google Ads and Meta — including keyword reports, Meta reporting, and current ad creative — for submission and client review.
  • Conducting client calls to gather information, present SEM and social strategies, and communicate campaign results clearly and confidently.
  • Communicating with OEM support representatives to manage reimbursement claims — reviewing OEM requirements, gathering materials, and submitting claims accurately and on time.
  • Utilizing photo editing tools to create display ad mockups for client websites — supporting the creative side of campaign execution.
  • Using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Meta Ads Manager to analyze data, set up conversions, manage product feeds, and drive campaign improvements.
  • Collaborating with SEOs, content writers, designers, and developers on new experiments, client work, and ongoing campaign optimization — contributing to a culture of testing and continuous improvement.

✅ What You'll Need:

  • 1+ year of hands-on Google Ads experience — with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns that deliver results.
  • 1+ year of Meta Ads experience — proficient in Facebook and Instagram campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization inside Ads Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads Manager — you know these platforms inside and out and can navigate them confidently under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads Editor — you use data to make decisions, not just to report on them.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager for conversion setup and testing, and Google Merchant Center for inventory and product feed management.
  • Prior experience in an agency environment — you understand client management, campaign reporting, and the pace of agency work.
  • Strong attention to detail, research-driven mindset, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills — including the ability to present strategies and results to clients clearly.
  • Naturally curious, deeply coachable, and collaborative — you ask why, act on feedback fast, and make the team around you better.
  • Bonus: experience in the automotive vertical or with OEM reimbursement programs.
  • Bonus: ability to show campaigns you have run and results you have achieved — proof of concept matters here.
  • Bonus: familiarity with photo editing tools for creating display ad mockups.
  • To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

💼 What We Offer:

  • 💸 Competitive salary in USD — paid consistently every month, no matter where you are.
  • 🌴 10 paid vacation days per year plus all U.S. federal holidays.
  • 💻 100% remote — work from anywhere in LATAM or Europe with a professional home setup.
  • 📈 Direct mentorship from top paid media specialists — with real room to grow your skills, own your campaigns, and advance within a fast-moving agency.
  • 🏆 A collaborative, high-performance culture inside an award-winning digital marketing agency — where testing, learning, and pushing boundaries are part of how the team operates every single day.
  • 🤝 A supportive environment through Veta Virtual and our client — where curiosity is rewarded, feedback is constant, and your growth is taken seriously from day one.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
