Job Summary:

As a Paid Social Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions for our innovative & transformative digital health and e-commerce clients. You'll have the opportunity to work with innovative & transformative digital health brands and the fastest-growing e-commerce companies and collaborate with a team of dynamic professionals. Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
  • Develop paid social media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Create detailed campaign plans, including budget allocation and ad creative.

Campaign Execution:

  • Set up and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and optimize ad content, including ad copy, images, and videos.
  • Monitor ad performance and make adjustments to optimize campaigns for key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS).

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to maximize ad relevance.
  • Utilize audience-targeting features and tools offered by social media platforms.
  • Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.

Ad Creativity and Content:

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content.
  • Ensure ad content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools.
  • Generate regular reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.

Stay Updated:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates on social media advertising platforms.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies and features as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in paid social media advertising.
  • Marketing Agency experience required.
  • Certification in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging ad content.
  • Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques.

This role is required to be based in the US or Canada.
