What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends. Oversee the execution to ensure campaigns meet defined goals.
  • Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on setup, optimization, and continual improvement. Implement advanced audience targeting, ad creatives, and bid management techniques to maximize ROI.
  • Provide cross-channel oversight of campaigns
  •  Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives. Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and inspire the team towards achieving objectives. Opportunity to also manage strategist outside of social including, Search, SEO, etc.
  • Supporting partnership-level strategy, inclusive of quarterly and annual growth plans, contract modeling, resourcing/staffing decisions, and support of Business Development efforts
  • Develop strong partner relationships by leading strategic partner meetings, demonstrating and sharing expertise in media strategy across channels (not just social), and driving business outcomes
  • Manage cross-functional team projects and stakeholders against goals and deadlines
  • Prioritize work and manage time effectively; serve as a multiplier by driving analysts to improve effectiveness and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing, media buying, ecommerce, lead generation, financial services, consulting, or other quantitative/data-driven fields
  • 1 + years experience Managing Direct reports
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.).
  • Paid Search experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
