What You'll Be Doing
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager and potentially other platforms
- Conduct quality assurance on tags, pixels, and campaign configurations
- Monitor and troubleshoot delivery issues to ensure seamless performance
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on targeting, goals, and creative needs
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reporting with actionable insights
- Suggest optimizations to improve performance metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.)
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital Ad Operations, with a strong command of Google Ad Manager
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tag management systems
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong troubleshooting capabilities
- Comfortable working independently on a variable schedule (average of 10 hours/week)
- Ideally, experience supporting financial services, SaaS, or B2B marketing teams
- Strong communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams
