Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming invoices and related documentation from EMS, FastTrax, or NextWorld systems and email submissions.
- Respond to Purchase Order (PO) line inquiries and assist with overflow calls.
- Communicate with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
- Index invoices into the workflow system and ensure proper event assignment.
- Maintain organized and timely processing of invoices to meet deadlines.
- Project a positive and professional image of FleetNet America when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.
Qualifications
Minimum
- High School Diploma/GED
- Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
- Strong computer and phone skills, including fast typing, accurate data entry, word processing, and email management
- Ability to multitask effectively, including talking and typing simultaneously
