About The Role:

The Partner Development & Growth Manager (PDGM) will own the full partner lifecycle in North America - from sourcing and signing new partners to activating and scaling them into consistent referral contributors.

This is a quota-carrying, high-autonomy role that blends partner acquisition (“hunter”) with partner acceleration (“farmer”). You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Enablement, Marketing, and RevOps to build a scalable referral ecosystem across HR, Payroll, recruiting, legal, and professional services partners, ultimately progressing top performers into a dedicated Partnership Manager portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, pitch, negotiate, and close net-new partners via outbound, events, and referrals

  • Own the partnership deal cycle through launch and activation, ,managing and growing a high-volume portfolio of long-tail partners

  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and activation using scalable programs and 1:1 engagement

  • Drive referral volume, re-engage dormant partners, and identify expansion opportunities

  • Track partner performance and pipeline in Salesforce, PartnerStack, HubSpot, and related tools

  • Monitor KPIs including activation, referrals, partner-sourced pipeline, and tier progression

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to optimize partner programs and GTM execution

  • Serve as a trusted ambassador for Deel within the NAM partner ecosystem

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in partnerships, sales, BD, or channel roles (quota-carrying, SaaS preferred)

  • Proven ability to close new partnerships and grow partner portfolios

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable managing high-volume books with varied partner maturity

  • Highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused

  • Experience with Salesforce, PartnerStack, HubSpot, Outreach, and Docusign
