About the Role:

We are seeking a Partner Manager to join our Product Operations team and lead strategic relationship management, partner with the Head of Product Operations on vendor management as a key input to budget management and governance, and manage ongoing contract renewals across our nationwide ecosystem of Real Estate Associations and Multiple Listing Services (MLSs). Working within the Product Operations team, this role adopts a Customer Success / Account Manager framework. While initial licensing procurement and enterprise spend governance are handled by our central Industry Relations Team, the Partner Manager serves as the primary relationship owner post-onboarding. This individual ensures strong operational performance, maintains high partner retention, drives timely contract renewals, and aligns external partners with our internal product roadmap.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven operator who combines a customer success mindset with strong business and contract management acumen. You excel at building trust, navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems, and managing high-stakes partnerships. You are proactive and detail-oriented, take end-to-end ownership of post-onboarding partner health, driving operational excellence, high retention, and smooth, timely contract renewals. You are comfortable bridging external partner priorities with internal Product, Engineering, and Industry Relations workflows—translating technical roadmaps into shared value, mitigating operational risks, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Function as the primary strategic point of contact for external Real Estate Associations, MLS partners, and 3P integrated platforms.
  • Establish operational reviews and feedback channels with partner executive teams to evaluate relationship health and satisfaction.
  • Serve as internal advocate for partner requirements, ensuring alignment between external stakeholders and internal Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
  • Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for all MLS data licensing and Association form integration agreements.
  • Partner with the Industry Relations Team for licensing & procurement to align pricing structures, contract terms, and spend approvals ahead of renewal windows.
  • Partner with the Vendor Management Office led by Product Operations to optimize vendor spend, identify cost synergies, and support active budget governance across the Product Department.
  • Proactively monitor partnership risk indicators to mitigate churn, resolve compliance bottlenecks, and ensure uninterrupted service for end users.
  • Collaborate with the Forms & Compliance Integration operational team to oversee form updates, administrative tooling friction, and MLS data audit requirements.
  • Drive support and delivery of partner-related initiatives alongside our Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering partners.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to track partner ROI and integration efficiency.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Account Management, Partner Success, or Business Development within PropTech, SaaS, or Real Estate Technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of MLS data structures, REALTOR® association dynamics, and real estate form software (e.g., ZipForms, DocuSign, Dotloop, Glide, etc.).
  • Track record of managing key accounts, driving complex contract renewals, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • A proven track record of ownership, thoroughness, proactivity, and ability to deliver on cross-functional efforts.
  • Ability to translate technical and operational needs between external partners and internal Product & Engineering teams.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience presenting to Product leadership.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
