Job Overview:

Genea is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to help scale and operationalize our growing ecosystem of integrator and technology partners. This is a highly visible, strategic role responsible for planning, executing, and measuring joint marketing initiatives that drive awareness, pipeline, and long-term partner engagement.

You will work closely with Genea’s leadership team to align on partner GTM priorities, then own the day-to-day execution—serving as the primary marketing point of contact for partners. This role blends strategy and execution, requiring someone who can think holistically about joint value propositions while also managing campaigns, programs, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate understands how modern B2B SaaS companies sell through channel and alliance partners and knows how to build marketing programs that support co-selling motions, product launches, account-based strategies, and thought leadership—without turning every initiative into a one-off lead gen tactic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute joint marketing programs with Genea’s integrator and technology partners, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for assigned partners, leading monthly partner marketing calls and coordinating deliverables, timelines, and outcomes
  • Own Partner Portal engagement around certifications, content, users, and permission setting
  • Translate high-level GTM priorities (set by Genea leadership) into clear, executable partner marketing plans
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to develop joint value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning for partner-led solutions
  • Support partner-aligned product launches by coordinating messaging, content, campaigns, and go-to-market activities with both internal teams and external partners
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Partners, and Marketing
  • Plan and execute a mix of awareness, thought leadership, and demand-generation campaigns with partners, balancing near-term pipeline impact with long-term brand and ecosystem growth
  • Manage co-marketing assets such as webinars, joint content, events, partner toolkits, landing pages, and campaign-in-a-box programs
  • Track and report on partner marketing performance, including campaign outcomes, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner marketing scalability, consistency, and repeatability through playbooks, templates, and processes
  • Work cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing
  • Experience working with integrator, reseller, or technology partners in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder marketing programs and cross-functional collaboration

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of partner GTM motions, including co-selling, co-marketing, and ABM strategies
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (webinars, content, events, digital campaigns, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and partner engagement metrics
  • Comfortable working in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Additional Skills & Attributes

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker who can connect partner activities to broader business outcomes
  • Confident communicator who can represent Genea in partner-facing conversations
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - 100,000 base salary

The salary range listed is our best estimate based on the role's requirements and market conditions. The final offer may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

In addition, full-time employees are eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts (FSA); life insurance; accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance; long-term disability (LTD) coverage; paid time off (PTO); and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
