Job Overview:

We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled Partner Solutions Architect who will be the primary technical advisor to our partners, focusing on Cloud Solution Providers, ISV / IHV and System Integrator partners, where the architecture and integration demands are high. Guide partners through their architecture, design, and implementation of Fireworks AI within their enterprise architecture and design, both for themselves and for end customers.

Partner Solutions Architect will be responsible for the overall technical relationship between partners, customers and Fireworks. Solutions Architect will lead activities such as architecture reviews, white-boarding sessions, demos, and technical workshops. They will collaborate with other teams such as sales, sales engineers, support, product / engineering teams, and the Fireworks partner ecosystem. 

Responsibilities:

Technical Engagement

  • Align technical plans between partners and Fireworks Sales and Engineering teams to ensure priorities between Fireworks and the partners are fully aligned and executed.

  • Identify opportunities with prioritized partners to expand Fireworks use cases within their customers' engagements and deployments. 

  • Provide training and guidance to partner technical resources to enable them to manage, support, and extend Fireworks in their customers’ environments

  • Address deep technical inquiries from partners about our products, specializing in Fine Tuning, RAG, and Agent Tooling.

  • Scope and drive partner specific Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, defining success metrics and overseeing execution to ensure partner and customer needs and expectations are met.

Sales Collaboration

  • Build and provide tools, templates, and documentation (best practices, technical content and reference architectures e.g. white papers, technical designs, blog posts) for partners to leverage to promote Fireworks platform.  

  • Work closely with Fireworks and partner Account Executives during discovery sessions to showcase our platform's technical merits and advantages.

  • Lead the technical aspects of the partner sales process, including supporting partner technical requirements, demos and PoC’s. 

  • Build and nurture technical champions within client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships. Imagine the role as the CTO of the partner relationship.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a partner / sales engineering role within a technology company.

  • Professional communication, presentation and interaction skills with partners, customers, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Cloud, ISV, IHV and SI partners in the Gen AI and data ecosystems. 

  • Experience working with partners around solution selling, use case modelling and technical integrations in a SaaS product / solution selling environment.  

  • Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning models, and enterprise infrastructure.

  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and deliver partner-focused solutions based on customer needs.
