This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a proven track record of building and scaling success functions from the ground up.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for B2B partners, ensuring each partnership is nurtured, optimized, and supported. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Lead the Partner Success Strategy: Design and execute a scalable, data-driven partner success framework aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

  • Onboarding and Enablement: Oversee the onboarding experience, ensuring partners fully understand and extract value from our platform.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to advocate for partner needs and deliver seamless experiences.

  • Performance and Insights: Track, analyze, and report on partner KPIs, feedback, and engagement metrics to senior leadership, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Team Building and Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Partner Success team as the function scales.

  • Operational Excellence: Define processes, playbooks, and tools (e.g., CRM, CS platforms, dashboards) to streamline communication and measure outcomes.

  • Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, embodying the values and vision of Loot Labs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in Partner Success, Client Success, or Strategic Account Management roles, ideally within SaaS, gaming, or digital platforms.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling success or account teams in a high-growth environment.

  • Strategic Execution: Experience defining success frameworks and operational models from scratch.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfort with data-driven reporting, partner metrics, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight).

  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a fast-moving organization.

  • Industry Awareness: A personal interest in collectibles, gaming, or digital fandoms is highly desirable.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
