The Opportunity
As part of the Partner Tax Preparation Advisors team you are expected to provide tax compliance and tax planning guidance to the owners of PwC across the US. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are expected to leverage a network of internal stakeholders and external resources to meet the needs of and service a client-base of partners and principals.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance
- CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar

- Skills in managing individual tax compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
