Position Summary
The Partnership Manager’s primary goal is to play an integral role in the cultivation and management of our partner relationships. This role will work closely with various business and technical teams to ensure that business needs are accurately met and exceeded. The position requires a high level of both internal and external communication and organizational skills. The position exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality in the execution of duties and responsibilities. This position will require 25 – 50% travel to meet with partners and discuss strategic opportunities to expand and improve both relationship and processes.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Create relationships with key decision makers related to our various partnerships.
- Monitoring of partnership volumes and KPIs.
- Increase communication between MedRisk and various partners.
- Identify areas of opportunity for enhancements and/or other business expansion.
- Responsible for maintenance of issue logs, meeting notes and other activities as needed.
- Adheres to MedRisk’s standard set of practices and policies to ensure the integrity and quality of partnership.
- Creates standard reporting packages for stewardship/partnership meetings.
- Documentation of partnership workflows, SLAs, and communication templates.
- Strictly adheres to all aspects MedRisk Confidentiality, Privacy and Security Standards Policies and Confidentiality Operating Procedures in performing work. Does not use or discuss MedRisk’s or customers’, providers’, trading partners’ or vendors’ commercially sensitive or privacy-related information, including “PHI” (personal health information) with anyone inside or outside of MedRisk except as needed to perform an assigned task.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- Ability to lead effective meetings to support planning and project completion required.
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills required.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment required.
- Managed care experience and knowledge of health information and health care services preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of formal partnership management experience preferred.
- Document library management experience preferred.

The work environment characteristics described here is representative of those of a standard office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position over 50% of the work day; move about inside the office to access files or office equipment; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls to operate a computer and other office productivity machines; reach with hands and arms; must communicate and converse with co-workers; and detect/discern information accurately. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
