About the RoleWe’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to support our expanding partner ecosystem. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and curious about how partnerships, marketing, and operations come together in a fast-moving startup. You don’t need years of experience—just strong communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and the drive to get things done.
You’ll thrive here if you’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed.
This role is based in the Seattle area with flexible hybrid options.
What You’ll Do- Support the execution of partner-facing campaigns, events, and educational programming
- Maintain and update onboarding resources, toolkits, decks, and shared partner assets
- Assist with scheduling, communications, and follow-ups for partner webinars and meetings
- Coordinate cross-functional deliverables with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams
- Track campaign performance and organize feedback or insights
- Research best practices and help document internal playbooks
- Take initiative to keep partnership programs organized, efficient, and effective
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Clear, professional, and friendly communicator—both written and verbal
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Willingness to learn, pitch in, and adapt as we grow
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in fintech or working with self-employed professionals
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Canva, or Google Workspace
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, sales, or related fields
