Omniscient Digital is an organic growth agency that partners with ambitious B2B SaaS companies like SAP, Adobe, Loom, and Hotjar to turn SEO and content into growth engines.

We’re seeking a Partnerships & Ecosystem Manager to expand and bring value to the Omniverse our gravitational orbit of agency partners, venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) partners, software vendors, industry influencers, and co-marketing collaborators. While partnerships have historically driven some of our highest-quality leads, we haven’t yet invested the time or coordinated effort required to fully nurture and scale this motion. This role exists to change that.

As the Partnerships & Ecosystem Manager, you’ll drive structured partner engagement, co-marketing campaigns, events, and referral systems that both provide value to partners and generate meaningful network-sourced leads and visibility for Omniscient.

This is a role with ample support, including access to founders for partner introductions, podcast resources, original research campaigns, event budgets, and content amplifications.

What You’ll Do

You will:

  • Build and manage an ecosystem of partners, across tier 1, 2, and 3 agency partners, software vendors, VC/PE firms, influencers, and other strategic collaborators.

  • Drive real partnership value by facilitating lead referrals, co-branded content collaborations, educational workshops, and thought leadership showcases.

  • Host and attend in-person events including dinners, meet-ups, panels, industry conferences, and networking events.

  • Coordinate with internal marketing to align partnership activities with content, podcast, research, and webinar efforts, amplifying reach and impact.

  • Track, measure, and optimize partner performance by defining KPIs, maintaining partner pipelines, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Support founders and leadership by managing follow-ups, partner communication, and execution logistics.

What We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience or strong interest in partnership development, ecosystems, business development, or community engagement.

  • Are comfortable managing relationships, both external (partners, events, influencers) and internal (marketing, content, founders).

  • Are organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects and partners simultaneously.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup/agency environment where ownership and initiative are rewarded.

  • Are based on the East Coast (ideally NYC) or able to travel frequently for events.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
