The Partnerships Lead develops brand relationships, creates partnership strategies, manages RFI/RFP follow-ups, and ensures timely delivery of proposals while meeting sales targets.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Partnerships Lead to help grow Creator Deck’s footprint across beauty, fashion, tech, health, food, and lifestyle brands. You bring a strong foundation of agency and client relationships, understand how brands invest across social, and know how to translate creative, social-first ideas into revenue.

This role reports into the Head of Growth and collaborates directly with Brand Partnerships, Finance, and the CEO. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering work that is on-time, on-budget, and best-in-class.
Responsibilities:
-Develop a thorough understanding of Creator Deck’s position in the marketplace, including but not limited to; partners, capabilities, past successes (and failures) and vision from a commercial perspective
-Develop and grow rapport with day-to-day brands and AORs that have been approved by CEO / Head of Growth. Ultimately leading to meetings and/or consideration for Brand Partnerships. These responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Lead creation of meeting materials including decks + agendaDevelopment of partnership strategies in collaboration with the Director of Brand Partnerships, Head of Growth, Head of Finance & CEO Participate in/schedule brainstorms as needed in an efficient manner, ensuring that all deadlines are metPost-meeting follow-up with internal stakeholders and external clients
-Owning the day-to-day follow-up across all RFIs, RFPs and Proactive Proposals
-Work closely with BP / CS teams to initiate incremental investments and/or renewals to existing deals
-Attend weekly sales / internal meetingsTrack all activity in CRM and consistently hit weekly and monthly outreach/meeting targets.
Preferred Career Experience:
-5-7+ years of tenured Sales experience in Advertising, Media & Marketing Sales and/or Business Development
-Preferred experience at a digital / social publisher, talent or influencer agencyExisting relationships among brand and agency clients.
-Preferred experience and existing relationships within one or more of the following categories: Beauty, Fashion, Retail, QSR / Restaurants, Wellness, Media, Tech.
Skills:
-Thorough understanding of the influencer landscape, latest technologies and emerging trends
-Excitement around talent-led and tastemaker innovation with success in talent-led programs
-Polished verbal and written communication skills, with internal colleagues and external clients
-Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
-Strong problem-solving skills with strict attention to detail Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels
-Multi-Tasker and Self-Motivated
-Proficiency in Google Suite
-Ability to create clear slides given verbal directionAbility to prioritize and execute against the primary objective, distinguishing between ideas that are helpful now vs. later

-Consistently books qualified meetings with approved brand and agency partners
-Comes to client conversations tightly prepared, focused on the stated objective, and able to move discussions toward clear next steps
-Demonstrates strong follow-through, with proactive updates to internal stakeholders and clientsManages multiple opportunities in parallel without losing momentum or dropping details
-Translates conversations into concrete actions, timelines, and outcomes

-This role requires comfort with compliance with CRM systems, clear goals, accountability, and sustained follow-through. Success is measured by outcomes and momentum, not activity or ideas alone.
