Who We Are
Yuno is the AI-native operating system of global commerce, powering the financial infrastructure of enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets. With a single API, Yuno connects them to pay-ins, payouts, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and stablecoins globally, so they can operate everywhere with a single integration.
Agnostic by design, Yuno offers connectivity to 1,000+ payment methods and 460+ integrations in 190+ countries, optimizing acceptance rates, reducing costs, and strengthening security through specialized AI agents that learn from every transaction on the network. Global brands run their payments on Yuno, including Arcos Dorados (McDonald's), NetEase Games, GoFundMe, inDrive, and Rappi. Banks, acquirers, PSPs, and wallets use Yuno to modernize their infrastructure without replacing core systems and to prepare for the next generation of commerce, including agentic payments.
About The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our growing NA team. You will own a portfolio of strategic partners — acquirers, alternative payment methods (APMs), banks, and fraud & risk providers — and turn those relationships into revenue: qualified pipeline into Yuno, joint go-to-market with the partner, and direct commercial opportunities where the partner itself becomes a Yuno customer.

This is a commercial role, not a relationship-maintenance one. You will be measured on pipeline sourced, deals unlocked, and revenue converted.

Your contribution will be

Partner portfolio ownership

  • Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of NA partners and act as their primary commercial point of contact.

  • Build and maintain joint account plans with each strategic partner: shared target lists, named opportunities, agreed cadence.

  • Track portfolio health on commercial terms — live volume, sourced pipeline, revenue share earned, opportunities in flight — and act where a partnership is not producing.

Lead generation and co-selling

  • Source qualified leads through the partner network against a quarterly target, working the partner's own merchant base and commercial teams.

  • Run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams to surface merchants where Yuno unlocks a deal the partner cannot close alone.

  • Build referral and co-sell rails with partners, including shared incentive structures and clear routing of leads in both directions.

  • Design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns — co-marketing, joint events, account-based pushes on named targets.

  • Work with Yuno's sales teams so partner-sourced leads convert, and stay accountable through to close.

Upselling Yuno to partners

  • Identify and develop commercial opportunities where the partner is the buyer: acquiring banks, wallets, and fintechs adopting Yuno's orchestration and value-added services such as tokenization, account updater, and smart routing.

  • Own and convert the end-to-end commercial cycle on these opportunities, from qualification through to signature, with support from Sales on complex deals.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, revenue-share models, and commercial terms alongside legal and finance.

  • Expand existing partnerships beyond their original scope — new markets, new products, new business lines.

Market and cross-functional

  • Feed commercial and market requirements back into Product so the roadmap reflects what wins deals in NA

  • Provide intelligence on competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and NA payment trends.

  • Represent Yuno at industry events and convert that presence into pipeline.

  • Run QBRs and joint planning sessions focused on pipeline and revenue commitments.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.

  • Evidence of carrying and hitting a commercial number in a partnership or BD context: pipeline sourced, deals closed, or revenue share delivered. Bring the figures.

  • Experience selling to payment providers or banks, not only through them.

  • Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers — including commercial negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders.

  • Deep experience in the North American payments market is required, including familiarity with the local acquiring landscape, and industry standards

  • Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.

  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguity: identify opportunities, structure the approach, and convert into signed deals with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level counterparts.

  • Ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define, track, and report on partnership KPIs.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
