When We All Vote seeks a Partnerships Manager, Party At The Polls, to support the Managing Director of Partnerships and Organizing in building and stewarding the Party at the Polls program, an evidence-backed voter turnout program that transforms voting from a solitary action into a community celebration for all by promoting nonpartisan, community-led parties near early voting centers. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management and program execution, responsible for keeping a large, diverse partner ecosystem engaged, informed, and activated. The Partnerships Manager will help identify and cultivate new partners, manage day-to-day coalition communications, support the development of partnership agreements, and ensure that national partners have what they need to show up powerfully for joyful voting celebrations across the country.

This is a full-time temporary position concluding December 15th, 2026.
