We are seeking a patent prosecution associate in multiple offices with at least one year of prosecution experience to join our growing Patent Prosecution practice.  Candidates must have a degree in physics, computer science, electrical engineering and/or similar degrees, as well as strong academic credentials and excellent references.  Advanced degree and/or prior industry experience in these technologies is preferred.  Candidates are required to be admitted to the USPTO.  To apply, please access the link and attach your cover letter, resume, graduate/undergraduate transcripts, law school transcript and a technical writing sample. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. More information regarding benefits and programs may be found here.

Compensation range: $225,000 to $310,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.

Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records that reside in San Diego and San Francisco counties will be considered for employment in accordance with the applicable Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.
