As a Liquidity Product Solutions Specialist Vice President, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for defining, configuring, and delivering complex solutions for key client relationships and strategic opportunities. You will partner closely with Payments Sales, Coverage, and Product teams, acting as the voice of the customer and a thought leader in the industry. Your expertise will drive the adoption of innovative products and capabilities, positioning J.P. Morgan as a leader in liquidity solutions for both traditional and emerging sectors.

Job responsibilities
- Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives
- Lead the expansion of J.P. Morgan's Liquidity & Account Services into one or more industry verticals
- Define and deliver optimal, client-centric solutions for complex treasury needs, leveraging the full suite of L&AS products including deposit, cash concentration, notional pooling, and virtual accounting products
- Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients' needs and current industry trends
- Serve as a senior advisor to clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing specialized guidance to help them realize treasury efficiencies and future-proof their organization
- Support Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and team upskilling, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market opportunities
- Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
- Build strong relationships across the firm, including with partner product teams (e.g., payments, blockchain, APIs), to deliver holistic solutions and proliferate new ideas
- Provides oversight and mentorship to an Associate, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Represents J.P. Morgan at industry forums, author thought leadership articles, and drive market awareness of our capabilities in both established and emerging sectors
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in Payments, Cash Management, and Liquidity solutions
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Proven track record of delivering complex, client-facing solutions and driving strategic initiatives in a highly matrixed organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into actionable strategies
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience authoring thought leadership and representing the firm in industry forums
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional partners and drive transformation
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Treasury-specific experience or relevant certification (e.g., CTP, ACT) highly desirable
- Familiarity with bank regulatory frameworks (e.g., LCR, GSIB) and their application
- Understanding of corporate treasury, money markets, and capital market dynamics
- Experience with partner products/services (payments, blockchain, APIs) and their integration with liquidity solutions
