About the Role

As a(n Associate) People Business Partner, you will partner directly with leaders to strategically shape and elevate our People function in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will use your collaboration and communication skills to coach leaders, drive engagement, support change management, and execute on organizational goals. Reporting to the VP of People, the People Business Partner will support our organization’s growth while fostering an inclusive, transparent, and high-performing culture. 

What You’ll Do in the Role
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations across the company, working with employees and managers to resolve conflicts, navigate sensitive situations, and foster a positive and equitable employee experience.

  • Coach and train managers to build leadership capabilities and ensure consistency in how we lead, support, and grow our teams.

  • Advise on a wide range of employee questions, policies, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives related to employee engagement.

  • Assist with day-to-day People Operations work as needed, including onboarding and offboarding support, reporting, recruiting, and benefits administration.

  • Partner with the Legal and People teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

  • Use data and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in order to proactively address issues.

  • Help shape and uphold a culture rooted in transparency, inclusion, growth, and accountability.

Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in Human Resources or People Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS organization.

  • Experience in employee relations, with a track record of managing sensitive issues with care, clarity, and consistency.

  • Ability to support remote teams across multiple states.

  • Willingness to balance strategic work with administrative or operations tasks as needed.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

  • A flexible and adaptive mindset, thriving in the ambiguity of a high-growth startup environment.

  • $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
