Job Summary
We're seeking a driven, highly motivated People Program Intern to join our People Function As an intern, you will gain exposure to all aspects of strategy and talent work. Through mentorship from senior members of the leadership team, you will help conduct analysis to shape Risepoint’s key strategic people initiatives and programs.

 

Working on a cross-functional project basis, you will be responsible for helping to structure problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver value-add strategic recommendations to drive overall business growth. This role requires effectively managing uncertainty and ambiguity and the successful Intern will excel in bringing structure and objective to tackle unstructured problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support talent attraction efforts, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and early-stage recruitment processes.

  • Research and benchmark cutting-edge HR practices (e.g., hybrid work models, talent development, DEI strategies) and synthesize findings into actionable data-driven insights.

  • Help develop and maintain internal resources (e.g., toolkits, wikis, playbooks) to empower employees and managers.

  • Contribute to various People Team projects, such as process improvements, program rollouts, or other business transformation initiatives.

  • Assist in designing and deploying employee surveys (e.g., engagement, pulse checks) and analyze feedback to identify trends.

  • Develop strategic business cases for People initiatives, assessing organizational impact, scalability, and alignment with talent goals, and present recommendations to stakeholders of all levels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather data, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.

 

What to Expect:

  • Weekly Schedule: Join us for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

  • Duration: Start and end dates will be based on your availability and academic schedule, with a preferred start date of September 2025.

  • You’ll work closely with People Team, and other teams in shaping the future of the organization through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

  • High intensity, high impact projects with rewarding career development and growth.

  • A dynamic and fast-paced work environment that requires agility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and exposure to various stakeholders, including executive leadership.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Educational Requirement: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or master’s degree program.

  • Preferred: Experience in consulting, strategic planning, growth strategy, business operations, or related fields.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights.

  • Structure and Project Management skills (frameworking, task prioritization, stakeholder management etc.).

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborative problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, driving change through influence.
