Direct Response Copywriter
We’re hiring a Direct Response Copywriter.
This role is about writing copy that converts, not brand storytelling, not fluff, not “voice explorations.”
If your work lives in VSLs, sales pages, video scripts, and paid ads — this will feel familiar.
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years of direct response copywriting experience
- Proven experience writing:
- Video Sales Letters (VSLs)
- Sales pages and long-form copy
- Video scripts and paid ad copy
- Strong understanding of persuasion principles and conversion psychology
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, ideation, and iteration
- Clear communicator who hits deadlines and follows direction
- Experience writing for financial services or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with compliance-driven environments
- Experience collaborating closely with media buyers or performance teams
- Write and optimize VSLs, sales pages, and funnel copy
- Create short-form and long-form video scripts and ad copy
- Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to improve performance
- Iterate copy based on feedback, performance data, and testing insights
- Use AI as a leverage tool, not a substitute for copy skill
- Monday to Friday availability
- Occasional weekend work when needed
- Willing to work essential hours around launches and deadlines
