About the Role:
We are seeking a search-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead our growth efforts across Apple and Google ecosystems. This role is primarily responsible for driving high-intent user acquisition through expert management of search-based channels. You will go beyond traditional user acquisition to think about how owned channels drive growth as a whole, leveraging deep expertise in experimentation and creative testing to maintain a competitive edge.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Primary Channel Ownership: Lead the planning, execution, and daily optimization of Apple Search Ads (ASA) and Google App Campaigns (GAC) to meet efficient growth targets.
- Strategic Management: Lead and manage full-funnel search, YouTube, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns to capture users across every stage of the journey.
- Growth Mindset & Ownership: Think beyond pure user acquisition to identify how search and owned channels can drive holistic growth for the business.
- Experimentation & Testing: Design and execute a rigorous roadmap for experimentation and creative A/B testing across ad formats, landing pages, and app store assets to continuously improve performance.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with creative teams to develop innovative ad concepts, test new messaging, and ensure assets resonate with search intent.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor key metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention) and collaborate with analytics teams to understand attribution and user behavior.
- Budget & Forecasting: Manage large-scale budgets and forecasting, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Lead with AI: Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, enhance marketing effectiveness, and drive operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a heavy focus on search platforms and mobile app growth.
- Expert-level knowledge of Apple Search Ads and the Google Ads ecosystem (including App Campaigns, YouTube, and PMax).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable growth results.
- Deep experience in designing and analyzing marketing experiments and creative A/B tests.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Ability to adapt with agility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with creative and technical teams.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with rewards-driven mobile apps.
- Familiarity with SQL or advanced data analytics skills.
Compensation:
