The Role

The Performance Marketing Manager will play a crucial role within our marketing team, optimizing media plans, thoughtfully budgeting across channels, and ensuring continuous optimization for maximum program efficiency.

The Performance Marketing Manager is an integral member of the Demand Generation team. You'll work cross functionally with campaign owners, brand marketers, sales development, and leadership to test, execute, report, and optimize programs. We're looking for a person with a test-and-learn mindset who draws insights from data and develops it into testable action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid media campaigns for our demand generation strategies, driving growth for our new business and expansion teams.
  • Manage and optimize paid media plans for demand generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and spend efficiency.
  • Leverage best-in-class marketing tech stack to drive precise targeting and scoring.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgeting to ensure efficiency of spend. 
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics, driving data-informed decisions to improve marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure coherent and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably within a B2B technology organizations looking to scale.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to testing new channels and formats - this person will be expected to stay up to date on the latest ad trends within our channels.
  • Proven track record finding creative ways to retarget accounts based using martech stack and internal data.
  • Ability to build and execute cross-platform campaigns for different audience segments.
  • Genuine curiosity to understand B2B software marketing buying journey.
  • Expertise in account-based marketing methodologies and tools.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing spend efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing KPIs and ability to track and report on campaign performance.
