A Performance Marketing Specialist who will support the Performance Marketing Manager in delivering bet365's performance strategy across North America.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support the management of bet365's paid search, paid app promotion, and paid social activity. You will support in the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns in order to effectively promote the brand whilst achieving customer acquisition and retention goals. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work with a team of marketing specialists optimizing campaigns for North America.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience working across large scale, multi-market campaigns across both branding and performance objectives.
Based in our Colorado office, the role will offer an opportunity to work on market leading campaigns across multiple states and platforms, interacting internally and externally (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, X [Twitter], Snap to mention a few) to build successful marketing campaigns.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Experience working with enterprise level performance marketing accounts is essential.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing advertising interfaces across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, X (Twitter), and Meta Ads.
Understanding of Google Analytics and attribution.
Meaningful experience working with performance marketing metrics - CPC, ROAS, CPA.
Strong communication, collaborative working and numerical skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask (working across multiple campaigns and objectives).
Experience working autonomously within a large team setting, with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in a sports or gaming business is advantageous.
Advanced excel skills preferred.
Practical working experience in Paid Media including but not limited to Google Ads (Paid Search, App Promotion, Display, Video), Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Social Channels (Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat). Note, however, experience in all is not mandatory for consideration.

Delivering best-in-class responsible advertising across multiple regulated states, while working to ensure state specific regulation and standards are met.
Working directly with dedicated account management teams of the relevant performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Apple Search Ads, to deliver industry leading campaigns.
Planning, delivering and reporting on large scale advertising campaigns.
Supporting the Marketing Manager across paid search channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads)
Managing paid social channels (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Snap Ads) across performance and branding objectives.
Optimizing performance marketing investment based on data and channel to improve overall performance.
Supporting the end-to-end implementation including set-up, management, and analytics, tracking and reporting of performance marketing accounts.
Lead the day to day execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across the bet365 business lines.
Supporting the performance marketing strategy, working with the relevant platforms on a test and refine approach, which delivers on the key KPIs for each state.
