About The RoleThe Personal Assistant helps executives focus on what matters most by making sure their personal lives run as smoothly as their professional ones. From scheduling and travel to day-to-day coordination, you stay one step ahead.
What You'll DoCalendar & Scheduling
Keep personal and family calendars running smoothly—avoiding conflicts and staying ahead of key dates, appointments, and events.
Coordinate schedules across professional and personal commitments, including school activities, family obligations, and special occasions.
Household Administration
Manage bills, utilities, and subscriptions to keep things organized and on track.
Maintain a trusted list of go-to contacts—vendors, service providers, and contractors—and handle ongoing coordination and communication.
Oversee deliveries and ensure household logistics are handled with minimal disruption.
Travel Planning
Coordinate all aspects of personal and family travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, and experiences.
Track and optimize loyalty programs, points, and rewards to get the most value out of travel plans.
Events & Special Occasions
Plan and manage celebrations, gifts, and experiences that feel thoughtful and personalized.
Research and secure tickets for events and experiences, handling all logistics behind the scenes.
Experience: 2+ years in roles like Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant, with a solid foundation in scheduling, travel planning, and household coordination.
Supportive Teamwork: Builds trusted relationships, communicates clearly,and works smoothly with both internal teams and external contacts.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools, CRMs, and communication platforms—using tech to stay organized and efficient.
Core Strengths: Proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet. Anticipates needs, solves problems quickly, and keeps things running with care and professionalism.
