Brown & Brown is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Auditor Lead to join our growing team! 

 

Leads and is accountable for the operational aspects of the Pharmacy Auditing division to ensure CTI’s audit clients are serviced, and requirements are met to the client’s satisfaction. This role will support CTI by leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the auditors by ensuring audits are performed with exceptional quality, operational efficiency, and the delivery of audits aligned with industry security practices. The Pharmacy Audit Leader will provide coaching and mentoring to the auditors and assist with career path development and individual growth.  Additionally, this role will manage project development from beginning to end, which can include a variety of different types of PBM audits depending on the client audit requirements. 

 

How You Will Contribute: 

  • Manage the Auditing team to ensure the team is functioning at a high level, quality is outstanding, and client deliverables are met on time. 

  • Ensure all members of the Audit team are trained and capable of delivering on company expectations. 

  • Conduct goal planning, annual reviews, and 1-on-1’s with each member of the team to ensure individuals are performing to their highest level and are supported in their growth as well as day-to-day activities. 

  • Continually evaluate and enhance quality assurance plans to ensure all data delivery is completed at the highest level of accuracy. 

  • Be a decision maker that considers the interest of our clients, CTI, and partners, based on thorough analysis and counsel with executive leadership. 

  • Assists with developing, documenting, and evaluating the business requirements associated with new enhancements or fixes to the Auditing proprietary systems, including: AccuCAST, PharmaCAST Insight, and others as needed. 

  • Leverages the company’s reporting systems to conceptualize, design, and distribute both operational and analytical reports focused on audit type functions. 

  • Assist with budget development and management to ensure budget requirements are met. 

  • Support sales and marketing efforts as needed for RFP responses, finalist meetings, and assist with development of pricing for services proposed. 

  • This position will include job duties that require risk designations for access to Electronic Protected Health Information (PHI) in the course of their job responsibilities. 

 

Skills & Experience to be Successful: 

  • Minimum of five years of direct audit experience, with a focus on PBM activities. 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with multiple business units across the company. 

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). 

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Pay Range

$140,000 - $140,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
