Who May Apply
Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience
About the Role
As AI profoundly transforms how engineering teams work, we are looking for Full Stack Engineers to serve as "seeds" across our product teams. You will be among the first dedicated full stack engineers, helping the organization establish a highly autonomous, AI-augmented, end-to-end development model.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend
- Integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflow to maximize development efficiency
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction between frontend and backend
- Act as a full stack "seed" within your team — champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization
- Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle — from ideation and design to deployment and iteration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major preferred
- 1–5 years of professional experience
- Solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang
- Proficiency in Node.js and React
- Experience owning end-to-end projects in production — not just personal side projects
- Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts
- Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools; strong enough fundamentals to review, validate, and correct AI-generated code
- Self-driven and boundaryless — you don't wait for tasks to be assigned; you proactively identify what needs to be done
- Product and operational mindset — you can turn vague ideas into clear specs
- Curious observer — you pay attention to how other teams work and actively suggest improvements
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills; passionate about learning new technologies
- Strong React engineering depth, with clear judgment on component architecture, reuse boundaries, and state management strategies
- Familiarity with modern frontend engineering infrastructure, including build tooling, TypeScript type engineering, and automated testing
- Solid grasp of rendering strategies and performance systems, including critical path optimization, render frame budgeting, and performance monitoring attribution
- Familiar with high-concurrency programming, with a solid understanding of threading models, locking mechanisms, and asynchronous programming
- Experience with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), with an understanding of asynchronous decoupling and eventual consistency
- Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, including service discovery, circuit breaking, rate limiting, and load balancing
If you come from a frontend background, we hope you:

Nice to have
- Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects
- Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web)
