The Lead Platform Operations Expert is a savvy technologies who defines the "Gold Standard" for platform reliability in an Agent-forward world. You own the technical roadmap for platform automation, ensuring that our customers can deploy autonomous reasoning agents with total confidence. You are the "North Star" for operational excellence, proving that a robust, AI-optimized platform is the foundation of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical strategy for global, multi-environment OutSystems setups.

  • Define the security and data residency protocols for AI agents operating within the OutSystems platform.

  • Lead the transition from manual platform maintenance to Autonomous Platform Engineering, utilizing AI to predict and prevent system failures.

  • Design the "Platform Workbench," leveraging Agentic Workflows to automate 60%+ of routine administrative tasks (upgrades, patching, scaling).

  • Influence the OutSystems Product Management team by providing field-tested requirements for AI infrastructure.

Salary Determination: Our salary range is based on industry standards, company performance, and market conditions. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

In determining salary ranges, we consider factors such as:

Market Research: Industry reports, salary surveys, and online salary databases

Company Performance: Financial performance, revenue growth, and budget allocation

Job Requirements: Skills, experience, and qualifications necessary for the role

Geographic Location: Cost of living, market conditions, and industry standards in our region

$131,750 - $160,425 Base Salary

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Soft Skills: Strategic influence and innovative mindset; highly inquisitive regarding the future of AIOps.

  • Technical Skills: 8-10 years in IT Operations; Mastery of AIOps frameworks, private LLM hosting, and secure AI gateway management.

  • Education/Experience: 8+ years in platform-level technical leadership.

  • Certifications: OutSystems Expert; Advanced Security/Cloud Architecture credentials.
