About the Role:
In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of CrowdStrike’s global real estate portfolio, including lease administration, transaction coordination, and vendor oversight. You will partner closely with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Accounting, as well as external brokers and landlords. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also lead programs like our Global OnDemand Office initiative and support process improvements across the portfolio. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support real estate transactions from beginning to end including legal coordination, approval documentation and communications. 

  • Preparation of transaction summaries/project approvals regarding progress, financial approvals and overall deal costs / benefits. 

  • Work with internal and external legal counsel in preparing and reviewing real estate related legal documents. 

  • Manage real estate assets by maintaining Lease Admin software, manage lease documentation, track lease renewals and terminations and all critical dates. Identify potential conflicts in lease or high-risk items. 

  • Review abstractions completed by 3rd parties and manage vendor relationships. Ensure lease reviews are relative to pertinent information including free rent, prepaid rent, security deposits, etc.

  • Work with Accounting to ensure payment of rent payments and property taxes on a timely basis. May reconcile invoices related to rent, operating expenses, and CAM; and identify any potential savings or discrepancies.

  • Manage the Global OnDemand Office program, including: RFP for vendor, phased onboarding/comms, regional rollout and training to local teams, monitoring utilization/approvals, report generation for leadership view into trends, and direct employee support.  Regularly syncs with the account manager on platform enhancements needed by CrowdStrike.  


What You’ll Need:

  • 3-5 years of Real Estate transaction experience. 

  • Proficiency with real estate principles as well as legal terminology and provisions in standard commercial leases. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.  

  • Can manage high volume workload and drive results to meet deadlines.

  • Experience in a fast-paced technology environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, think creatively and provide solutions. 

  • Knowledgeable with all common business applications including Google Drive (sheets, slides and docs).

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $145,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
