AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full-time Post Closing Suspense Coordinator to be responsible for reviewing, submitting, and clearing loans with investors.
Under the direct supervision of the Post Closing Manager, the Post Closer is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job responsibilities:
- Prep, review, submit, and clear all defects identified by Auditors
- Prepare and audit any loan that is set to expire or is a Best Effort
- Review conditions placed by Investors and obtain necessary documentation to clear for purchase
- Communicate and work with other departments to resolve issues
- Monitor pipelines to ensure meeting delivery deadlines
- Complete ULDDs
- Maintain investor relationships
- Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Prior (3 plus years) of Mortgage experience.
- Must be able to review conditions placed by investors and obtain necessary documentation to clear for purchase. This includes communicating with other departments and working as a team to resolve issues.
- Must have a complete understanding of mortgage loan process.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly skilled phone and email etiquette, computer knowledge, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
Work Environment/Physical Demands: Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
