  • Leverage Copilot Studio and Power Platform AI features to design and modify workflows using natural language inputs.”
  • Develop parent-child flow architectures to enable scalable and reusable automation components.
  • Implement monitoring and intelligent anomaly detection to proactively address failures and performance issues.
  • Author and maintain low-code components using Power Fx formulas, JavaScript, and custom connectors.
  • Integrate workflows with AI Builder APIs and other GPT-powered Copilot features to enhance automation capabilities.

This job is for you if you:

  • You are excited to work at the intersection of automation and AI, leveraging tools like Copilot Studio to create workflows faster and smarter.
  • You are highly organized, managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with efficiency.
  • You stay calm under pressure, tackling challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • You welcome feedback and continuous learning, always looking for ways to grow and improve.
  • You take full ownership of your work, staying accountable for project success from start to finish.
  • You drive projects forward with confidence, anticipating roadblocks and taking action to overcome them.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changes while keeping priorities in focus.
Requirements

You have:

  • 5+ years building and supporting enterprise automation solutions, with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows/RPA) — this is the primary requirement.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Redmond, WA 4 days per week.
  • Proven ability to independently own and resolve complex flow issues and deliver durable fixes.
  • Hands-on experience designing and editing workflows using Copilot Studio or similar AI-assisted authoring tools.
  • Experience building workflows directly from natural language requirements using AI-powered automation tools.
  • Ability to write and optimize Power Fx formulas and lightweight JavaScript to extend automation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AI Builder APIs, GPT-powered Copilot integrations, and embedding AI capabilities into workflows.

  • Experience integrating AI-powered Copilot APIs into enterprise workflows.
  • Experience with Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Dataverse design.
  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, or other Azure integration services.
  • Experience with source control / ALM for Power Platform (Solutions, solution-aware Git workflows) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with creating self-healing automations, anomaly detection, and retry logic.
  • Experience with monitoring stack (Application Insights, Log Analytics, Power Platform admin center analytics) and creating Power BI dashboards for telemetry.
  • RPA / UI flow experience and familiarity with attended/unattended automation patterns.
  • Prior consulting or vendor experience supporting multiple product teams.
