365 based solutions. We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with strong experience in building solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications integrated with Dynamics 365 and Azure services.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Power Platform Development

  • Design and develop solutions using:
    • Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps)
    • Power Automate (flows and workflows)
    • Dataverse
  • Build scalable applications following best practices and design patterns
  • Develop reusable components and optimize performance

2. Power Pages & Portal Development

  • Develop and customize Power Pages portals
  • Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for UI enhancements 
  • Implement custom functionalities and integrations

3. Integration & Customization

  • Integrate Power Platform with:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Azure services
    • External applications and APIs
  • Support data integration, workflows, and automation use cases

4. ALM & DevOps

  • Use Azure DevOps for:
    • Source control (Repos)
    • Work tracking (Boards)
    • CI/CD pipelines 
  • Follow Git-based deployment processes

5. Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Power Platform development
  • Strong experience in:
    • Power Apps (Model-driven + Canvas) 
    • Power Automate
    • Dataverse
  • Experience in Power Pages development
  • Knowledge of:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript 
    • Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 is highly preferred
  • Understanding of ALM, environments, and deployment strategies
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications
  • Experience with:
    • Copilot Studio (if required for current projects)
    • Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions)
  • Exposure to CRM or ERP systems (Dynamics 365)
