ERG is seeking a full-time Power Platform Management Analyst/SharePoint Site Owner with mid-level experience to support end-to-end solution design, development, and deployment across Microsoft Power Platform tools, as well as mid-level administration and design of SharePoint sites and file structures. The ideal candidate will work with a wide range of stakeholders to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver solutions that enhance operations and improve efficiency.
This full-time position will not have a set office location; however, candidates should be located within driving distance of the Washington, DC, metropolitan area to attend periodic team meetings.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation or workflow improvements
- Design and configure scalable and secure Power Platform solutions aligned with established architecture standards
- Develop applications, automated workflows, data structures, and integrations following established best practices and governance
- Perform internal testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to validate solution quality
- Create clear documentation, including solution designs, process maps, and user support materials
- Help deploy solutions, gather user feedback, and make iterative enhancements
- Plan and execute data modernization activities—such as migrating SharePoint lists to Dataverse (or other data sources) and performing data modeling, mapping, cleanup, and validation—to ensure scalable, reliable application foundations
- Help configure and administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content structures
- Evaluate the organization of current file storage sites and design improved information architecture to enhance their usability, searchability, and governance
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to help teams adopt improved SharePoint structures and best practices
- Deliver assistance and guidance to end users as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and engagement with a diverse set of stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (e.g., mathematics, science, engineering)
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint design and/or administration
- Proven experience working with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Excel
- Optional experience with SQL or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, ArcGIS, or VBA to support advanced automation and integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience analyzing business processes and data to inform solution design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen, as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
