Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Senior Consultant specializing in ERP and CRM solutions to join our remote team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to support the sales process by providing technical insights, conducting product demonstrations, and tailoring solutions to meet client requirements. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and requirements related to ERP and CRM systems.
- Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies and solution proposals.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the entire sales cycle, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to position solutions effectively.
- Work remotely while maintaining excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role focused on ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms, their functionalities, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Experience working remotely with self-motivation and discipline.
- Proven track record of supporting successful sales engagements and closing deals.
